We are looking for someone who shares our vision to join and help deliver a product marketing strategy for an exciting portfolio of Social Fundraising Campaigns, Stand Up To Cancer, and DIY fundraising. You will support the Senior Manager to develop the product marketing strategy, plan, and budget, and manage the delivery of the product marketing plan to time and budget. Responsibilities
Supporting the Senior Manager to translate the Fundraising & Marketing operating plan and budget into a product marketing plan and budget Defining and developing audiences and product offerings to activate as part of the marketing plan and managing cross-channel integrated briefs Managing the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs Managing content and creative production, testing and optimisation, ensuring assets align with Brand messaging and communications themes Motivating Executives and matrix managing specialist Digital Marketing & Delivery teams to deliver activity across channels Collaborating with teams across Audience & Product Marketing to identify strategic marketing opportunities and ensure holistic supporter journeys Working with digital and data experts to improve communications and engage our audiences Continuous testing and analysis of campaigns, spotting opportunities to optimise ongoing activity and recommending improvements for future campaigns Working with the Insight team and Senior Marketing Performance Manager to drive development of the marketing strategy and feed learnings into planning
Qualifications / What skills are we looking for?
Significant experience translating marketing strategy into tactical delivery plans by channel, audience and budget Significant experience overseeing the delivery of paid marketing campaigns Significant experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIs Strong understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns Experience managing and motivating agencies to drive value Line and matrix management experience with leadership skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Data-driven with understanding of UX principles and ability to interpret results and optimise Experience developing effective campaign assets for use across channels Excellent project management including resource and risk management Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
