Role IntroductionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to provide maternity cover for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team, comprising the Marketing Executive and Digital Campaign Manager, and will report directly to the VP of IT Services. This role will be responsible for leading the development, design, and execution of go-to-market plans and campaign execution for IT Services, contributing to the overall growth and revenue objectives of OneAdvanced.What You Will DoStrategic marketing planning: Develop, design, and execute go-to-market plans that drive measurable qualified leads and sales pipeline growth, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and deal-based tactics.Brand awareness: Develop and execute brand awareness strategies, including PR, award entries, and partner marketing activities.Content production: Drive the creation of high-quality marketing content, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, sales enablement tools and bid presentation support.Events & customer marketing activities: Plan and oversee the execution of events, such as webinars, roundtables, and internal events and customer engagement activities to support the GTM strategy and nurture customer relationships.Budget management: Create and manage the marketing budget for the financial year, ensuring effective resource allocation and accountability.Team management: Effectively lead the Marketing team, managing the Marketing Executive and Digital Campaign Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing team and positive team culture.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT Services teams including Business Development, Sales, Product and Bid teams to ensure alignment for campaigns, business drivers, and lead nurturing.Senior stakeholder engagement: Collaborate regularly with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across OneAdvanced including sector marketing teams, brand teams, external suppliers and our partners.Reporting & analytics: Track, measure & report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights for optimisation and present these to wider teams on a quarterly basis.What You Will HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.Proven experience in a marketing manager (or similar) role within a B2B environment, preferably in technology sector.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with an ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including demand generation activities and brand awareness initiatives.Highly creative, proactive, and organised, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Collaborative mindset and a team player, able to work across departments to achieve shared goals.Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, with a passion for creativity and innovation in marketing.What We Do For YouWellbeing focused – Our people are our greatest assets, and ensuring everyone feels their best self to come to work is integralAnnual Leave – 26 days of annual leave, plus public holidays and the ability to buy additional daysEmployee Assistance Programme– Free advice, support, and confidential counselling available 24/7 through Care FirstPersonal Growth- Regardless of where you are at in your career, we’re committed to enabling your growth personally and professionallyDevelopment Programmes– From Future Managers to Leadership Training, our development programmes help you get where you need to goPerformance Bonus– Our Group-wide bonus scheme enables you to reap the rewards of your successOnline Learning Platform: SkillsHub! - Learning at your fingertips, anytime from anywhere.
