Marketing Manager - FMCG Reading / Hybrid Salary up to £50,000 DOE We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to plan and deliver impactful B2B campaigns that drive growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office plus occasional UK travel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and manage the campaign calendar Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns Manage campaigns end-to-end Collaborate with sales, buying, and suppliers Lead brand activations and promotions Support trade events and product launches Track performance and optimise campaigns
REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong campaign management experience Knowledge of FMCG or trade marketing Experience with multi-channel campaigns Data-driven with analytical skills Full UK driving licence
