Quest Search & Selection is looking for a Marketing Manager – Fashion. In this role you will lead complete in-store and online partnerships and delivering market-leading campaigns. You will shape marketing strategies, oversee brand visibility across key visual touchpoints, and create impactful offline and online campaigns.

(Please note this is a 12-month contract so you need to be immediately available (or available within 1 month )


Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a multi-branded retail business serving the world’s best premium, fashion, beauty & homewares.



The responsibilities for this Marketing Manager – Fashion:

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy and objectives for the Fashion division to drive both brand growth and commercial success for both parties.

• Collaborate with fashion brand partners to develop successful, commercially driven marketing initiatives,

• Negotiate with brands in securing supplier funding.

• Look at ways in optimising campaign performance.

• Manage the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all channel teams are equipped with assets, information, and guidelines to deliver impactful campaigns.

• Act as the liaison between Marketing & Category management teams.

• Immediately available or available in a month

• Attending key meetings with strategic brand partners.

• Analysing the Fashion and retail industry and competitor landscape to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

• Work cross-functionally including Commercial, Content Creation, PR/Talent, and E-Commerce, to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.

• Leverage data and analytics to evaluate and report on campaign performance.


To be successful in this Marketing Manager – Fashion:

• Ideally having 3-4 years’+ experience in a marketing / campaign position.

• You must be operating at a Manager or Senior Executive/Specialist level.

• If you had a junior or small team that is advantageous for not essential .

• Ideally you would work for a retailer looking after multiple brands or a brand where you are managing multiple different categories and brand partners.

• Strong network and relationships with beauty brands across the industry.

• Exceptional stakeholder experience where you have prioritised your brand and business alongside the longevity of the brand partnerships with the wider team.

• Happy to pitch new ideas and gain ‘buy-in’ from the brands.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Happy to work in central London in fully WIO role.

• Must hold valid working rights for the UK
