Focus 5 Recruitment are working with an established tech brand in the hospitality and retail sector who are looking to recruit a versatile professional with a full mix of marketing experience across both B2B & B2C markets along with experience with B2B events. In this Marketing Manager role you will lead on the strategy, planning and execution of B2B events which has proved a fruitful area for driving client acquisition. Whilst there is a focus on events, you will be involved in the wider marketing strategy and full-mix expereince is required.

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong commercial acumen and the ability to demonstrate the impact they have had in previous roles – specifically in relation to sales growth and product / service launches.

Duties for the Marketing Manager: -

* Develop and implement marketing events strategy, ensuring brand values and tone are consistent across all activities.

* Create and execute a customer-focused content strategy (to promote events) aligned with business goals – mainly sales growth and retention of the existing client base

* Set, track, and report on KPIs to monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness.

* Extract key qualitative and quantitative insights from the existing customer database to identify trends and areas for growth opportunities.

* Manage and coordinate a multi-channel marketing strategy that ensures a consistent and compelling brand message.

* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

* Oversee marketing budget, publications schedule, and collaboration with external partners and key stakeholders.

* Maintain strict budget control and assess ROI to guide future marketing investments.

* Represent the brand confidently as an ambassador at industry events and outreach initiatives.

Experience required for the Marketing Manager: -

* A full mix of marketing expertise including all creative, digital and communication aspects (CRM, Digital, PR, traditional marketing).

* A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing event strategies which have a shown to have a positive commercial impact.

* Strong internal communication strategy experience and stakeholder management.

* Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

* Proactive in conducting analysis and communicating insights from reports.

* Experience in executing social media and event-based marketing campaigns.

* Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
