Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years in a senior marketing role with team leadership experience Proven success in multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results Strong understanding of digital, content, email, paid media, and events Experience managing external suppliers and agencies Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools Background in financial services, property, or ethical investments (a plus)
