About the Role: The Economics Marketing Manager translates S&P Global's economic data and insights into high-impact marketing strategies for financial institutions, corporations, and government agencies. This role suits a curious, analytical marketer who distills complex concepts into clear narratives and is willing to execute.

The Team: We're a globally dispersed team of creative, data-driven B2B marketers who collaborate with Product and Sales to build brand awareness, fuel pipeline growth, and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities and Impact

  • Develop integrated marketing plans targeting key client personas, leveraging market research and competitive insights.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events) to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Track performance metrics rigorously, optimizing tactics for maximum ROI.
  • Craft thought leadership (whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that showcases economic forecasting and data capabilities.
  • Collaborate with economists and product teams to ensure accuracy while making content accessible and actionable.
  • Partner with Sales to arm teams with client-ready collateral and pipeline insights.
  • Align with Product to refine messaging and highlight unique value propositions.
  • Liaise with global marketing peers to adapt campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Simplify complex economic narratives to strengthen brand positioning for target audiences.
  • Support high-impact events—from webinars to conferences—ensuring clear KPIs and post-event analysis.

What We're Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in marketing/communications, with a knack for B2B messaging.
  • Exceptional writing skills; ability to make the complex simple.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Agile learner who stays ahead of industry trends and tech tools.
  • Marketing storyteller with 3+ years of B2B experience (financial services or economics a plus).
  • Proactive executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages multiple projects.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo); skilled with digital channels.
  • Collaborative problem-solver who works across teams and regions.
  • Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance personalization and campaign optimization.
  • Lifelong learner committed to staying ahead of marketing trends and emerging tech.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
