They create memorable experiences, build industry communities, and help businesses reach the right audiences through live and virtual conferences, executive briefings, industry roundtables, surveys, reports, webinars, videos, podcasts, infographics, content marketing and more.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will generate strategies that grow market share and the brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing campaign for a number of live events, testing ideas to build your community, engaging with prospects, and cross-promoting products to the target audience. You will lead by example within the marketing team and help drive a brand-led marketing strategy. You should stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and marketing trends, have excellent communication skills, and be able to express messages creatively.The role is full-time and reports into the Head of Campaign Marketing.ResponsibilitiesConceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategiesAnalyse brand positioning and develop targeted consumer insightsTake brand ownership and define vision, goals and strategiesOversee marketing of all products within the brandLead creative development and motivate the target audience to take actionDesign, test and implement marketing campaigns from ideation to executionSet up tracking systems for online marketing activitiesDevelop strategies to drive traffic and awareness to the brand websiteEstablish performance goals and prepare forecastsMeasure and report on marketing performance (ROI, KPIs) monthly, quarterly and annuallyMonitor market trends, consumer markets and competitors to identify opportunitiesExperiment with organic and paid channels (content, PPC, partnerships, social media, lead generation, copywriting, analytics)Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies and vendorsMaintain and grow the sector database and implement engagement programmesManage the marketing budget and allocate funds wiselyBrainstorm new growth strategies and run experiments to measure impactCollaborate with design to produce promotional materialsPlan and measure social media and PPC strategies aligned with business goalsCollaborate with marketing, sales and production teams to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with marketing tools, technologies and trendsSupport and manage a junior marketing team member to deliver campaigns and meet targetsThe ideal candidateBSc/BA/MS degree (Russell Group)2–3 years experience as a Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager or similarExperience in Events Marketing is desirableStrong understanding of marketing techniques, data analysis and statisticsProven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies with ownership and accountabilityKnowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practicesProficiency in MS Office and marketing software (CRM, marketing automation)Results-driven with leadership skillsStrong understanding of the full marketing mixCreativity, commercial awareness and strong communication skillsExperience identifying target audiences and creating engaging campaignsAbility to develop brand and marketing strategies and present recommendations to executivesExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesData-driven with strong analytical skillsExperience with A/B and multivariate testingHands-on experience with HTML and WordPressKnowledge of marketing automation and analytics toolsBenefitsOpportunity for international travelPrivate health insuranceDog-friendly officeDrinks fridge and snacks in the officeChristmas and summer parties + company socials25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysFollow HonorSearch on LinkedIn for live roles as they come in.
