Draycote Hotel are seeking an experienced, professional (Conference & Events) Marketing Manager with a minimum 3-years hotel, hospitality, conference & events marketing experience in a prestige conference, events, meetings, weddings, hotel venue working with a busy hotel and event sales team and delivering outstanding marketing solutions to support exceptional sales growth.The successful individual will undertake the following key responsibilities:Grow sales throughout the business in the hotel – accommodation, conference & events, food & beverage, weddings and meetings, and in Whitefields Golf Club through the planning, organisation and implementation of all strategic marketing and promotional activities and across all platforms including website, social media, e-marketing, networking, venue listings and industry associations.Undertake all marketing activities in support of the sales function and in fulfilment of the marketing plans and objectives & support the design and development of content for marketing materialManage and implement all digital and e-marketing strategies and activities through the adoption of best practice and continuous improvementManage and develop the websites through the WordPress content management system and undertake all social media activity appropriately to support the promotion and growth of the businessTo design and produce all marketing material, posters, flyers and other collateral in accordance with the marketing plans and activities undertaking business development, sales and marketing and promotional activities; driving wedding bookings and managing delivery.Assist the General Manager and directors in producing annual sales and marketing plans and planning out marketing activitiesProvide day-to-day operational support to the conference & events team in the processing of event enquiries and their conversion, planning and organisationYou must have exceptional communication and customer service skills, be well-presented and have an excellent knowledge of marketing within the Regional MICE industry, conference and events delivery, weddings, F&B services, and hospitality.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing planCoordinate all marketing activities to generate leadsCollaborate with other teams to promote offeringsInform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategiesTrack performance of all marketing campaignsProficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management is essential.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in hospitality, hotel, C&E and MICE marketingAbility to multi-task across several marketing mediums and platformsWell presented with strong verbal, written, communication and organisational skillsWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
