This role will lead the marketing strategy for our cardiology brand launch across the UK and Ireland while supporting other established brands within our portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the marketing strategy for our Vazkepa brand in the UK.Lead the completion of annual brand plans, including tactical planning and budget allocationProvide critical input to sales forecasting processes and market analysesDevelop compelling messaging and communication plans for healthcare professionalsPrepare high-quality materials and resources for Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support effective customer engagementMaintain close relationships with field teams to continually enhance campaign effectivenessUtilise digital and omnichannel approaches to maximise brand reach and engagementLead the application of AI-driven marketing solutions to enhance targeting and personalisationSupport the commercial team in delivering brand performance targetsManage the IQVIA OCE-D platform to optimise customer interactions and campaign effectivenessDevelop personal knowledge of the disease area and customer needs through ongoing collaboration with field-based colleaguesLiaise with global marketing colleagues at Recordati headquarters to ensure alignment with international brand strategyManage relationships with external marketing and creative agenciesEnsure all marketing activities comply with ABPI and IPHA Code of Practice regulations in their respective marketsRequired EducationDegree in life sciences, marketing, or businessEvidence of continuous professional development in digital marketingRequired Skills And ExperienceMinimum 3 years\' pharmaceutical marketing experienceExperience within gastroenterology, urology or cardiovascular therapeutic areas highly desiredStrong digital marketing capabilities with experience in omnichannel campaign developmentKnowledge of AI applications in pharmaceutical marketingUnderstanding of the NHS landscape and UK market access environmentExperience in sales forecasting and brand planning processesAnalytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plansExperience managing marketing agencies and external vendorsTechnical CompetenciesExperience in sales forecasting and brand planning processesKnowledge of the ABPI and IPHA Code and pharmaceutical marketing regulationsPractical experience using IQVIA OCE-D platformAbility to translate clinical data into compelling materials for field teamRequired Behaviours And CompetenciesStrong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with KAMs and field colleaguesRequired LanguagesFluent in English both written and spoken.TravelTravel required: 10%Equal OpportunityWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
