Department: Build to Rent Location: Vauxhall, London The role We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to take responsibility for managing brand and marketing strategy across our BtR portfolio. You will work alongside external partners and the community teams to support community building and marketing campaign rollouts. You will play an integral role in the development of overall marketing planning and strategy across our portfolio. Reporting into Head of Operations and working on operational neighbourhoods and launching our BtR brand in various new locations. Responsibilities
Lead on brand and marketing strategy for our new communities Manage day-to-day marketing activities including platform management, campaigns, media partnerships, comms and projects from mobilisation to stabilisation against our business plan Take ownership of marketing budgets and regularly track and report on spend Manage and support on building launch activities when we launch a new community, working alongside the leasing and operation teams and PR agency to promote our community within the market Maintain key marketing channels to ensure standards remain high and content is up to date and regularly refreshed Create and maintain marketing assets such as photography, brochures, floorplans and video content Coordinate with partners to scope, deliver campaigns (influencers, agencies, partner brands and media outlets) Plan ahead and highlight project support needed such as design or content resources; brief key projects to in-house team and/or agencies Regularly prepare presentations and present updates to internal and external stakeholders Present key marketing updates to the senior team Manage and support on key marketing and brand events (open days, community milestones) Conduct regular competitor analysis and research of BtR and consumer brands Represent the brand and attend external events and networking opportunities
Experience Required
Previous Marketing Manager or Senior Executive experience with the ability to lead BtR marketing strategy Strong organisational skills with a track record of results-driven success Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and brief/coordinate support as needed Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and collaboration across projects Experience creating and executing marketing plans to hit targets Budget experience with reporting and cash flow management Experience building presentations and presenting confidently to varied audiences Attention to detail with strong time and project management Outgoing and confident with a willingness to get involved Problem solver who takes initiative and works proactively to progress projects Professional communication style adaptable to different settings Up-to-date with current brands and lifestyle trends Ability to raise concerns and seek answers to ensure timely project progress Agile mindset and ability to work to tight deadlines Good grammar and experience in comms and copywriting Strategic thinker with ability to respond to market trends and customer needs Proven track record delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and reporting ROI
