Marketing Manager (B2B) - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Overview Role: B2B Marketing Manager at MDDUS. Location: Glasgow. Flexible home working available 2-3 days per week. Salary: £50K per annum. Working hours: 35 per week. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Interviews expected: Late September 2025. 1st stage interview: a short screening call, lasting around 20 minutes, with the hiring manager via MS Teams. 2nd stage interview: a formal interview in our Glasgow office and will include a short exercise (details TBC) and then a Q&A interview lasting around 1 hour and 15 minutes. In the event of a highly competitive process, we may also invite candidates back for a final informal chat with a senior colleague in the marketing team directorate. The Opportunity Join us as a B2B Marketing Manager and lead marketing campaigns that connect with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry. You'll promote the importance of expert protection in a fast-changing healthcare environment. In this role, you'll plan and deliver campaigns that target medical and dental groups, corporate healthcare organisations, and senior clinical professionals. From creating clear strategies to running effective multi-channel communications, you'll help drive growth for our organisation. You'll build strong relationships, support lead-generation efforts, and play a key part in delivering high-quality healthcare support and protection. What you will bring Desirable experience:
Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, financial services, or professional services. Strong understanding of customer journeys and segmentation, with experience designing creative campaigns that deliver results. Comfortable using data to make decisions, with knowledge of performance metrics and ROI analysis Experience managing agency partners, budgets, and creating marketing materials.
Advantageous experience
Knowledge of healthcare systems, particularly private practice and primary care
