OverviewMarketing Manager, Amazon Fresh (6-month contract). This is a 6-month contract role. We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager to join the APAC Amazon Fresh marketing team for JP Amazon Fresh. Our team develops data-driven and creative marketing solutions to reach relevant Amazon Fresh customers and deliver excellent customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overall Fresh marketing strategies and budgets, implementing promotional campaigns, and reporting topline and marketing results to leaders. You must possess strong customer focus and analytical skills. You will help execute and deliver detailed plans, manage timelines, and communicate impact to leadership. Team members need to be entrepreneurial, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations.The ideal candidate will have e-commerce and FMCG marketing experience, along with strong customer-centric intuition. You should have experience managing marketing tactics and budgets. You must be able to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced business environment while operating across multiple teams and organizational levels. High judgment, customer obsession, ability to influence others, and analytical talent are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesCreating and implementing annual Fresh marketing strategies, working closely with stakeholders such as vendor managers and instock managers while maximizing impact through online and offline marketing channels.Managing Fresh annual marketing budget in partnership with Finance, including budget planning, tracking expenditures, forecasting, ROI analysis, and monthly/quarterly budget reconciliation.Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of customer metrics and insights; driving key performance metrics including sales, orders, retention, and average order amount.Reporting topline results and marketing activities to International leaders.Analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting on data and recommending areas for improvement.Basic Qualifications4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience building and optimizing annual marketing tactics and budgetsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsFluent JapaneseBusiness Level EnglishPreferred QualificationsProficiency in developing project timelines, milestones, and KPIsDemonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
