We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join the team and make Amazon Fresh the go-to choice for Italian shoppers. Responsibilities
Spearhead Amazon Fresh's marketing strategy in Italy while collaborating across European markets Develop and optimize promotional campaigns based on customer insights and data analytics Lead merchandising strategy and execution Create detailed performance analyses using QuickSight and SQL Evaluate promotion ROI and customer behavior patterns Streamline reporting processes through automation Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership Scope and lead new projects and opportunities to keep the business growing

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing, particularly in the grocery/FMCG sector Additional European languages are a plus Experience with A/B testing and promotional campaign optimization in a high-growth environment
