The fastest growing categories of Automotive, Industrial, Outdoors needs a dedicated Marketing leader to scale White-spaces of Vehicles, Tyres, Solar Panels, MRO & Medical. We are looking for a customer obsessed, out of box thinker who is as comfortable with doling out new marketing approaches in a world that lives on Personalization, performance marketing driven by influencers and customers as they are with number crunching. Fluency with Amazon's leadership principles like think big, earn trust are must-haves for the leader to succeed while raising the bar on both thinking and delivery. result-oriented marketing leader to lead discovery initiatives for all categories at a business unit level. Key job responsibilities
Owning gateway channel for all categories and raising the bar on communication to customers entering through gateway
Define & work on the GW & +1 pages Automation & Personalization charter working closely with central teams.
Define merchandising strategies across customer facing pages and partner with teams across categories to align towards a common strategy
Own and raise the bar for customer facing design & communication across touch points
Partner with central teams to create new partnerships as avenues for driving incremental traffic for OHLF categories
Develop scalable ways to automate/report performance & areas of opportunity across free and paid traffic channels
Establishing guidelines and best practices across teams, including guiding other marketing resources to identify areas of opportunity to optimize traffic and/or merchandising
Owning/enabling customers to discover what they are looking to buy from tens of millions of products available across home categories
Partnering with product teams to drive customer adoption of global/local innovations, helping create a highly personalized shopping experience and enabling discoverability of products for customers looking to shop for their home
Understand customer behavior and pass back data & insights to product teams in order to prioritize their roadmap & double down on key focus areas
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
