Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Lead/Head of, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with hybrid flexibility. The Marketing Lead/head of will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leading our in-house team while driving our brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy to support brand positioning, growth and revenue targets. Lead annual planning and budget allocation across digital, brand, content and media. Drive data-informed decision-making and ROI-focused campaigns
Team Management Manage, mentor and inspire a high-performing team of four (currently) across digital, brand and content disciplines Foster a collaborative, agile, and innovative team culture Oversee performance management, personal development, and hiring within the marketing team
Brand & Creative Direction Oversee all brand marketing initiatives to ensure consistency in voice, aesthetic, and brand equity Collaborate with creative and product teams on seasonal campaigns, launches and story telling initiatives Act as brand guardian, maintaining a strong and cohesive visual identity across channels
Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee paid social, PPC, SEO, CRM and affiliate marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention Work closely with e-commerce and analytics to drive conversion, traffic and customer lifetime value Implement tools and processes to track campaign performance and marketing KPIs
Public Relations & Partnerships Develop influencer and PR strategies that align with our brand values and growth markets Cultivate brand partnerships and activations to expand reach and cultural relevance
Essential Requirements 10 years + in marketing roles, with at least 4 years in a senior role managing a team Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and team leadership Strong commercial mindset and understanding of ROI-driven marketing Experience managing agencies, media budgets, and cross-functional projects Deep understanding of the fashion industry, seasonal trends, and consumer behaviour Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
