At Sage, we’re rapidly scaling our Embedded Services team, taking our platform proposition to the world’s most dynamic small business platforms, fintechs and vertical SaaS providers.

To help us on this mission, Sage is now looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional field marketing programs with platform partners that drive pipeline, engage strategic accounts, and support revenue growth. This role will work closely with Business Development, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to plan and deliver high-impact marketing programmes and experiences from inbound and outbound campaigns to ABM and account-based activations, to major trade shows and regional roadshows.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of programmes that elevate the awareness of Sage as an embedded services brand, bring our proposition to life on the website and other channels, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline opportunities across key verticals and segments. Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week from our London Office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise enterprise marketing programmes that drive awareness and establish Sage as the market leader in embedded services.
  • Build inbound and outbound marketing programmes that drive demand generation for Sage embedded services and fuel the pipeline.
  • Partner with Business Development to support territory plans and account-based strategies, including the creation of ABM programmes to target platform partners and key decision-makers.
  • Develop integrated marketing programmes that leverage content, digital, and outbound tactics to drive engagement and build pipeline for mass platform acquisition.
  • Create marketing collateral that supports complex buyer committee needs, including tech audience of developers as well as C suite decision makers.
  • Align field marketing efforts with regional and global revenue goals to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
  • Develop event strategy for embedded services, to include in-person/virtual events, including trade shows, roadshows, webinars and industry conferences.
  • Own event lifecycle including planning, budgeting, logistics, content/messaging, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Measure performance, analyse ROI, and continuously refine campaigns and events based on data and feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Brand and Business Development to ensure programme alignment and execution.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning processes and report progress against KPIs.
  • Champion the brand and deliver exceptional partner and prospect experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, and/ or enterprise performance marketing, preferably in the fintech, accounting tech, or developer API services sector.
  • Proven track record in supporting marketing initiatives to scale new products or categories, especially involving awareness-building in greenfield segments.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing field programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Cross-channel experience working with content marketing, social/Webinars/events (virtual and in‑person), PR, and partner-led activations.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end events including third-party trade shows, webinars, and executive engagements.
  • Proven track record collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales/ Business Development to build territory-level plans, support account-based marketing, and influence key buying groups.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience working in high-growth or matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data, and enrichment tools is a plus.
