This mid-level role is for a commercially-minded marketer with a proven track record in financial services and a passion for the sports industry.You will drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our Sports Finance offerings, and maximise the impact of Ebury’s sports marketing assets across all channels.ResponsibilitiesAsset MaximisationStrategically leverage Ebury’s existing sports marketing assets (e.g., sponsorship rights, VIP experiences, event partnerships) to create engaging content, campaigns, and PR opportunities.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximum exposure from these assets.Identify opportunities to develop new assets aligned with Sports Finance marketing goals.Brand Execution Ebury Sports FinanceExecute bespoke and defined brand execution strategy and embed Ebury Sports Finance products into our communication channels.Content & CommunicationsManage the creation and distribution of high-quality content for the sports finance audience (e.g., club and player content, promotional footage, case studies, social media content, email campaigns).Oversee website content and landing page optimisation for Ebury Sports Finance.Social Media MarketingManage and optimise social channels, including LinkedIn showcase page, to drive traffic and conversions.Analyse campaign performance for organic and paid initiatives, identify trends, and implement data-driven reports.Activation & EventsActivate in-person sponsorship rights and execute regionally.Support planning and execution of sports events with clubs, partners, conferences, and webinars relevant to sports finance.Identify PR opportunities and work with the PR team to secure media coverage.Reporting & AnalysisTrack, analyse, and report on key marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Report regularly on measurable commercial impact to Executive Management.Manage marketing budget for the Sports Finance vertical.Skills & Experience3–5 years in a marketing role with strong orientation toward financial services and/or the sports industry; experience in sports finance is highly desirable.Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable results.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.Experience maximizing the value of sports marketing assets (sponsorships, partnerships, etc.).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Why Ebury?Competitive starting salary with an annual discretionary bonus.Dedicated mentorship from experienced managers.Access to cutting-edge technology and tailored tools.Clear, accelerated career progression paths within Ebury.Dynamic and supportive culture that prioritises teamwork and personal growth.Generous benefits package including health care and social benefits.Central London office with excellent transport links.Ready to applyReady to launch your career with a global FinTech?
