Then join Kramp as a Marketing Innovation Lead!What is your role?As Marketing Innovation Lead, you enable teams in 24 countries and 20+ languages to deliver smarter campaigns and better customer experiences. ResponsibilitiesUnlock personalization: develop the framework for segmentation and change the way marketing teams work, moving from one-to-all to one-to-one marketing.Unlock promotion capability: increase the visibility of promotions in our Ecommerce platforms to increase turnover and improve customer experience.Enable automated bannering & promotions: set up the technology and tooling to create and activate automated banners across 24 countries, including prerequisites like automated images, accurate translations, and automated publishing. Your TeamThe Marketing Innovation Team is a young, ambitious and dynamic team, led by Davey van Ommen. We are the Centre of Excellence for AI in marketing within Kramp.This team works closely with the Product team to develop new innovations, while also being in the lead to implement them in daily marketing activities. You will also collaborate with different countries and cultures, making your work diverse, international and impactful.Davey: The future is now! That’s why we believe in and invest in AI. So far, our team already saved 5000+ hours by implementing smart AI features within our marketing teams. With the rollout of agents, this is only the beginning. Who are you?You bring:Proven experience with segmentation, Customer Data Platforms, and activating personalized content across marketing channels5+ years’ experience working with product teams to develop and launch new featuresExperience in a large international company, ideally corporate Skills/MindsetTech savvy, working closely with the product teamAbility to solve complex problems and find scalable solutions for all countries with diverse opinions and workflowsAnalytical: test, learn and make decisions based on dataStrong in communication with stakeholders at different levels.
