Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Title: Industrial Placement Student in Marketing (multiple roles)What You'll DoEvent Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during events.Brand Building: Help ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. Support initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation.Program Activation: Support the successful launch and activation of growth and marketing programs. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Product Launches: Support the implementation of product launches across various channels.Content Collaboration: Help create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content. Support the development of digital content for websites and online campaigns.Market Research: Conduct research to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Assist in analysing data to identify potential growth opportunities.Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing databases, and processing purchase orders. Maintain and organize marketing assets and documentation.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to marketing strategies.Please note that the responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive. You may be required to perform additional duties as needed, and some tasks may vary based on the needs of the team.Your QualificationsReceived a minimum of 128 UCAS points in your ‘A’ Levels or equivalent qualificationsCurrently in the 2nd year of your 4-year business-related degree programme.On track to receive a minimum 2:1 in your degreeFluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act autonomously.Must be adaptable and hard working with a passion for learning.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails efficiently.Why 3M?At 3M, you'll be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.
