You'll drive operational excellence in all marketing and business growth endeavors while spearheading their annual marketing strategy.

Responsibilities: Craft and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan to boost agency awareness and reputation. Collaborate with team members to identify PR and marketing opportunities while managing the agency's profile across various channels. Direct external PR efforts to elevate the agency's standing among key audiences. Identify and pursue agency award opportunities while coordinating internal teams for submissions. Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and support internal teams in pitches and proposals. Assist in select areas of internal operations, such as developing impact reports for B Corp.
