Our UK team has over 100 years experience between them and are market leading in design, distribution, and product management.What we\'re looking forWe’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Growth Associate to join our small Marketing team in Petersfield. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our head office (not freelance or hybrid) where you’ll work closely with both Marketing and Sales to deliver campaigns, events, and digital projects that strengthen our presence in the UK financial services market.ResponsibilitiesAs our Marketing & Growth Associate, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects that give you hands-on exposure across both marketing and sales support. One day you might be coordinating an event and managing promotional stock, the next you could be writing content for a campaign, supporting SEO improvements, or monitoring social channels.You’ll work closely with the Sales team, helping to generate leads, create supporting materials, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also play a part in creative projects, from designing visuals in Canva to contributing to videos and working with external partners. This is a role where no two days look the same, and you’ll have the chance to develop your skills in multiple areas while making a real impact.Key responsibilitiesSales & Marketing SupportAssist Manager with the coordination of UK event logistics, vendor management, and lead handling.Take responsibility of event merchandise and promotional stock.Support the sales team with lead tracking and handover processes.Document campaign ideas, feedback, and post-campaign learnings.Digital Marketing & SEOEdit and optimise content for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.Assist with SEO audits, keyword research, and website improvements.Monitor LinkedIn and other social channels, providing insights and recommendations.Support LinkedIn campaigns aimed at UK financial audiences.Creative & PartnershipsDesign visuals and marketing assets in Canva.Contribute to video and content creation with internal teams and external partners.What you needFamiliarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Proactive and able to work independently within a small team.Some knowledge of marketing, content, SEO, and events.An interest in, or willingness to learn about, the financial services sector.Strong communication and organisational skills.We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including recent graduates, career changers, or experienced professionals.What we offerA permanent, office-based role in Petersfield, working in a close-knit, supportive team of two, this role can be adapted to part-time for the right candidate.Training, mentorship, and access to professional marketing courses to help you grow.A good salary, plus a benefits package after probation including private healthcare, extended maternity and paternity programmes, 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), and annual appraisals.The opportunity to transfer to our London office in Bank as your career develops.How will my success be measured?Your success in this role will be supported and celebrated through regular check-ins and reviews.
