Backed by £100m in funding, we're building the UK’s first network of clean, multi-energy hubs—providing electric charging, HVO, hydrogen and bio-CNG to commercial fleets. We’ve launched a bold new brand, developed our voice, and built strong foundations with external agencies. Our website is live, and we’re building digital campaigns, industry partnerships and a high-profile presence in the clean energy space. About the role

As our Marketing Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix—from supporting campaigns and brand materials to web content, events and internal comms. You’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and help bring them to life. This is a generalist role with room to specialise over time, combining creative thinking with analytical insight. You’ll help deliver standout content and campaigns, while also tracking performance and learning what works—and why. As part of a lean, agile team, your input will have real visibility and impact from day one.

Salary: £24-28k per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a consistent Aegis Energy brand through work across presentations, signage, templates and by assisting with updates to brand guidelines
• Coordinate Aegis brand champions to keep messaging sharp and consistent
• Help to deliver our events programme, including site launches and industry events, by preparing promotional and presentation materials
• Support market, audience and competitor research
• Feed insights into campaign planning, business development and thought leadership
• Monitor industry trends and suggest content opportunities
• Support internal comms and team-wide engagement with our brand
• Track campaign performance across channels and support regular reporting, helping us understand what’s working and where we can optimise
• Help to maintain our website & SEO via relevant and regular content updates, improvements to search visibility and monitoring of user experience and performance
• Support email marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance
• Help shape our CRM and marketing automation as we grow

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related subject
• A self-starter – comfortable taking ownership, asking questions, and collaborating
• Be a proactive, positive force – sharing ideas and driving things forward
• Eager to grow your marketing career with purpose and variety
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• A strong eye for design and brand consistency
• Enthusiasm for clean energy, innovation and impactful storytelling
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Klaviyo or Salesforce
