At Lidl, everyone who works here brings something unique to the table. We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work. Our Marketing function are passionate about delivering outstanding creative and campaigns that deliver against our Brand House and company objectives. Our teams create campaigns that turn people into customers, and customers into fans. We demonstrate how we add value to our customers lives, and how it’s not just a Parkside drill, it’s the start of building a home; not just a tasty, British roast, it’s family traditions; not just a croissant, it’s the inspiration for a designer handbag. There is More to Value at Lidl. We strive for distinctiveness to advocate our point of difference across everything from signage and leaflets in store, to social media, PR and TV campaigns you see at home.
