Marketing Executive Aldridge | £28,000 | 3 days per week office-based (hybrid)

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. You'll support the Head of Marketing to deliver engaging campaigns, manage multi-channel content, and help drive brand awareness across digital and offline platforms.

A creative edge is absolutely essential!

What you'll do:

Develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to company objectives.

Manage website content, social media channels, and email marketing.

Create compelling copy for blogs, case studies, and promotional materials.

Produce and edit photography and video for internal and external use.

Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, CRM) to optimise campaigns.

Support SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns.

Assist with PR, events, and promotional activities.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a broad marketing role (social, email, PR, content, design, events).

Strong content writing and editing skills with SEO knowledge.

Experience managing social media and using tools like Hootsuite.

Confident with WordPress, CRM systems, and Google Ads/social ads.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) or Canva (desirable).

Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive, positive approach.
