OverviewAid with the execution, creation and publication of marketing collateral across the Wykeland developments (including Brochures, Flyers, signage, presentations) working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure each development is represented correctly and complies with the brand guidelines.Contribute to marketing campaigns and strategies for Fruit Market and Whitefriargate. Create and manage the content plan across Fruit Market & Whitefriargate social media accounts that aligns with wider marketing and business efforts and in a timely manner to be approved by the Marketing Manager. Create and schedule content for Fruit Market & Whitefriargate social media accounts, creating visuals that are in line with the brand guidelines and tone of voice whilst staying up to date with the latest social media trends and techniques. Collaborate with local influencers and freelancers to produce engaging video content. Conduct analysis and monthly reporting on the social media accounts with a review on future proposals/improvements whilst assessing against competitor activity and industry trends. Build community engagement across the social media channels including responding to enquiries, interacting with relevant accounts and posts, finding and sharing UGC. Build relationships with our Fruit Market and Whitefriargate tenants to promote any new products or promotions whilst creating exciting new content alongside them. Assist the Culture and Events Manager with organising, promoting and managing events in the Fruit Market and at Stage@TheDock. Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of corporate marketing events and property launches. Manage and update the Fruit Market and Whitefriargate websites including occasional blog posts and assist the marketing manager with updating the Wykeland website. Create and grow a quarterly Fruit Market email newsletter.
