The role

They’ve built a huge, engaged audience through smart content & strategic marketing, with thousands of loyal followers, and now want someone to help with further awareness & engagement. In conjunction with their senior marketer, you’ll take the lead on building and optimising paid & organic campaigns that generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive serious business impact. You’ll love writing copy that clicks, campaigns that convert, and ideas that are welcomed & actually get tested.

You’ll love the fact that marketing is at the heart of everything they do, & you’ll be key to crafting targeted communications that keep their audiences well-informed and engaged, turning passive followers into active leads. You’ll probably see yourself tinkering with the latest AI tools to planning & executing both online and in-person events, from webinars to informal meetups, managing every detail from initial concept to final delivery

What we’re looking for

In essence, you’ll be an experienced, savvy digital marketer with a head of data, conversions & creativity, looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow & thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers. You’ll need to know your way around the most common channels, an engaging writing style & a vested interest in working for a firm that is dynamic, diverse and without question, does not follow the norm. People learn in different ways so your experience can span anything from 2-3 years, and if you’ve had exposure to the property or similar scene, all the better.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thinks creatively, spots opportunities, and isn’t afraid to share ideas. Whether it’s a fresh approach to a campaign, a way to streamline processes, or an entirely new idea – they’re a collaborative team that wants to hear it all. If you’re the type who gets a kick out of solving complex marketing puzzles and driving real business growth, this is up your street.

Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
