This is a great opportunity to combine your creativity, organisation, and communication skills to deliver impactful campaigns that support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. What you’ll be doing
Plan, coordinate, and deliver events (meetings, exhibitions, webinars, customer events) including follow-up and ROI tracking. Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and product documents, ensuring compliance with brand and clinical standards. Develop and schedule social media content (LinkedIn and more), monitor engagement, and report on performance. Work closely with the Portfolio Marketing Manager and wider teams, liaising with suppliers/agencies, gathering competitor insights, and providing tailored resources for sales and clinical colleagues.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or events (healthcare/life sciences experience is a plus). Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with stakeholders. Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel to meetings, events, and exhibitions required).
Desirable (not essential)
CIM or higher-level marketing qualifications. Knowledge of NHS structures and terminology. Awareness of compliance in regulated/clinical environments. Experience with digital marketing tools or basic design software (Adobe, Canva).
