Marketing Executive, 6-12 Month Contract

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the global marketing strategy for Control Risks. This includes collaborating with colleagues across the globe on global marketing programmes. Reporting to the Principal in charge of global marketing programmes, this person will work closely with marketing colleagues, the digital, studio and content teams, and subject matter experts to deliver the tactical plan elements including content creation and distribution, email marketing, social media, website maintenance, sales enablement tools, and live and virtual events to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our consulting services.What You'll Do:Build brand awareness across relevant buyers and influencers in key markets.Support activation of global marketing campaigns, ensuring buyer messaging is clear and proposition marketing messaging is present.Work with local teams on their engagement with global campaigns and coordinate on any complementary regional campaigns.Manage campaigns and stakeholders, keep track of timelines, content changes and ensure message integrity.Develop sales collateral as needed.Track and report on marketing KPIs.Who You Are:Essential2+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services.Strong background in end-to-end campaign execution.Experience with digital marketing channels.Marketing copywriting and content editing skills.Working knowledge of marketing software and CRM systemsAbility to track and analyse communications tactics against goals and provide recommendations to improve results.PreferredExperience working in a matrix environment.Background working with a global team or stakeholder group, collaborating effectively cross-culturally and across time zones.Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable.Experience with Hootsuite, Microsoft 365 Dynamics and Clickdimensions preferred.Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsTakes responsibility to analyse the situation to provide and/or escalate the solution.Shows initiative in work, contributing new solutions or ways of doing things.Determines or knows field of own decision making; knows when to escalate.Is clear, commits and delivers on what is required in the role and strives to exceed expectations.Shows drive and determination to achieve high standards.Is comfortable with change, adapts well to changing demands and maintains a positive personal style.Communicates clearly verbally and in writing.Plans and organises own workload, prioritising when necessary.Control Risks offers a competitively positioned compensation and benefits package that is transparent and summarised in the full job offer.We operate a discretionary global bonus scheme that incentivises, and rewards individuals based on company and individual performance.Control Risks supports hybrid working arrangements, wherever possible, that emphasise the value of in-person time together - in the office and with our clients - while continuing to support flexible and remote working.As an equal opportunities employer, we encourage suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds to apply and join us and are fully committed to equal treatment, free from discrimination, of all candidates throughout our recruitment processControl Risks is committed to a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
