You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing activity across multiple channels - from seasonal launches and product unveilings to brand activations and partnerships. Working closely with our in-house teams, agencies, and collaborators, you'll ensure every initiative is delivered with creativity, precision, and purpose - strengthening Neptune's connection with both existing and new audiences.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the Trade Calendar, ensuring all teams (creative, copy, digital, social, ecommerce, and agencies) are aligned on key campaigns, milestones, and deadlinesCoordinating marketing activity for brand partnerships and influencer collaborations, including case studies and major activations like the Chelsea Flower ShowAssisting in the development and delivery of campaign plans for seasonal and new product launches, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpointSupporting the email marketing programme, ensuring content aligns with trading priorities and brand toneCollating campaign updates and performance data for Trade meetings, Board Packs, and Partner Day presentationsPlanning and coordinating in-store events to bring brand and seasonal campaigns to lifeYou'll bring previous experience in a similar role ideally within luxury retail or brand marketing with strong attention to detail and a creative eye for ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently to brand standards. You'll be comfortable interpreting data and using insights to guide decision-making and highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
