OverviewAs a Marketing Executive, you will take full ownership of our client's marketing activities, working closely with the sales team. You'll manage all aspects of their marketing strategy, from email campaigns and social media to website management and content creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to shape and execute a marketing strategy within a growing tech company.About the clientOur client specialises in cutting-edge data management solutions, helping businesses gain complete clarity over their data. By providing directors and senior managers with a single, accurate view of their operations, they empower companies to make smarter, data-driven decisions.Location and hoursLocation: Watford.Hours: Monday 8:30am-5:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for monthly events. 6-month maternity cover, with potential for extension.SalarySalary: £35,000 + bonusBenefits20 days of annual leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with tenureCompany pension schemeOn-site parkingKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Campaign Monitor and Brevo.Manage and grow the company's social media presence across key platforms.Maintain and update all company and product collateral, ensuring brand consistency.Oversee and optimise the company's website.Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement.Track, measure, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Plan, organise, and manage monthly events and exhibitions at the Institute of Directors (IoD).Work closely with software authors to craft compelling pitches and close deals.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a marketing roleHands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor, Brevo, or similar).Strong knowledge of WordPress and basic website management.Proficiency in social media management and content planning.Experience in working alongside sales teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure success.If you're interested in the position, please apply online with your CV.BARNPERMBy applying to this job advertisement, you confirm you have read and understood our and give OA Group authorisation to hold you provided data.Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by OA Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
