From art and design to craft, dance, food, and gardening, our teams bring expertise and enthusiasm to deliver unforgettable live events and online content for communities across the UK and beyond.About the role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Executive to work on the art & design portfolio (London Art Fair & New Designers). As a Marketing Executive you'll be organised and creative with content and have the ability to support our Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to plan and deliver first-class multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract the right quality and quantity of visitors and to achieve maximum revenue.ResponsibilitiesWork with the marketing team on the creation, development and implementation of the marketing plan to achieve objectives relating to visitor attendance and revenue targetsUnderstand the objectives and timescales for the event and work to those deadlinesAssist in the production of targeted and effective marketing materials based on a specific cohort and content strategy for each eventMaintain the events social media posting schedule, producing reels that align to the events video-first content strategy, managing the social community responses, and reporting what is working to help grow the channelsHelp maintain day-to-day relationships with relevant agencies and suppliers including; creative, ticketing, print and media buying, and PRManage email marketing using the Adestra platform, delivering segmented campaigns in line with the cohort/content strategy with well written and engaging copySupport with the delivery of event features (e.g. exhibits, demos and other relevant content) as requiredEnsure each event website is kept fully up to date with relevant content and consistent tone of voice in line with offline promotional materialLiaise directly with exhibitors to ensure they are apprised of relevant marketing activity and that maximising marketing opportunities pre, during and post-eventSupport the delivery of all sponsorship sales material and sponsorship deliverablesNetwork within the industry to gain contacts, build industry knowledge and understand how we maintain a competitive edge in attracting audiences across each eventCustomer service - managing and responding to enquiries within each show's email inbox / social media mailboxAbility to think creativelyAble to work effectively within a team to deliver against agreed campaign objectives, as well as independently as neededOrganised, with good time managementExperience in basic website management and experience in digital/social marketing tools and campaignsExperience in video editing for social mediaEffective interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand a brief and deliver against itGood attention to detail and an eye for good designWilling to learn, adapt and grow within a roleGoal and target drivenGreat written and verbal communication skillsUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurementNatural networkerStrong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in consumer events or exhibitions would be an advantageDemonstrable market and industry knowledge would be an advantageInterest in art & designBenefitsA relaxed working environment with regular socials including a summer festivalSupportive well-being initiatives and benefits, talks & workshops, and Mental Health First aiders & Champions25 days holiday plus a day for your birthday.
