Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will manage day-to-day marketing activity, coordinate with agencies and deliver promotional campaigns that support both sales and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: · Plan and deliver promotional campaigns across social, eCommerce, and retail. · Manage the campaign calendar, coordinating monthly promotions and seasonal activations. · Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement. · Oversee social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with campaigns. · Act as the main contact for agencies covering SEO, paid social, and email marketing. · Ensure websites are updated with product launches, promotions, and accurate listings. · Brief and coordinate designers, photographers, and content creators. · Review creative assets to maintain brand consistency. · Compile monthly eCommerce performance reports and highlight growth opportunities. · Support retail activations and prepare trade materials such as sell-in decks. · Assist with general marketing support including budget tracking and admin tasks. The Person · 2–3 years of brand marketing experience. · Proven experience managing agencies or external partners. · Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. · Proficiency with Shopify eCommerce platform. · Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Data-driven with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel. · Confident managing multiple social media channels.
