My client is searching for a customer focused marketeer for a 6-months fixed-term contract. The business is a real people focused company and genuinely really value their staff. Role overview: A customer focussed role with ownership of all aspects of my clients local marketingcampaigns for store developments. This includes refurbishments, new concept store offerings & new restaurant/coffee shop launches, as well as widermarketing requirements to support local store delivery of point of sale, marketing collateral & PR/local events as required. Role responsibilities: Plan, develop and deliver fully integrated, multi-channel paid, owned &earned local marketing campaigns to support our store development programme & new retail concept roll outs (including but not exclusively
foodhalls, restaurants, coffee shops & concessions). Develop, manage and deliver agency briefings & timelines ensuring paid media, creative assets, direct mail/targeted door drops, high levelsignage, digital screens and in-house radio are all delivered as part of theplan and manage the relationship with the various agencies throughoutthe campaigns. Develop, manage & deliver the in-house briefings & timelines ensuring point of sale, website, digital marketing, local PR & events are deliveredas part of the plan. Work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager on delivering thebest mix of channels, formats, messaging & assets to support thecampaign objectives. Work closely with the PR Manager & Events Manager on delivering localstore relaunch events and related activities, as well as any specific local activity to support post relaunch. Ensure key customer and commercial messages are tailored to the coretarget audience, local area/offering and are communicated in a clear waythat has cut through and drives action (footfall). Monitor campaigns and optimise spend and activity throughout, lead onthe reporting and evaluation of campaigns. Brief and deliver customer research & insights pre and post storedevelopments to monitor customer feedback and if improvements aremaking the desired difference to the key customer metrics & in-storeexperience. Manage the creative and print sign off process, as well as campaignbudgets, the raising of POs and the overall finance sign off process. Produce clear and concise store briefing documents and storecommunications for all local marketing campaigns. Co-ordinate local marketing support for in-store concession partnerswithin agreed parameters. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that brand guidelines and tone of voiceis always on brand. Systems: High level of computer literacy, including word, excel and power point. Proficient in using Microsoft Teams. Personal attributes: Strong team player with a can do, positive attitude and collaborative wayof working. Proactive, driven to get things right, every time. Passionate about delivering creative and engaging customercommunications that align with our brand purpose & beliefs. Customer first focus making sure that we get it right first time for our customer. Strong planning, prioritisation, information gathering, data analysis andproblem-solving skills. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor copy to specific targetaudiences. Comfortable managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines and to budget. Strong interpersonal skills
you will be building relationships throughoutthe business, including our store teams and with external agencies. Exceptional attention to detail across all areas of the role.
