Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive for a Yorkshire based Financial Services company. Founded 10 years ago, this company focuses on working with SME businesses across the UK to have access to funds and have several different product ranges for their customers.
This is a hands-on marketing role where you will be responsible for creating content and managing the marketing deliverables. You'll work closely with the sales team and supporting them with their collateral as they grow their client base.
We're looking for someone who wants to progress and grow within a rapidly growing company.
This is an office-based role where you will be in the office Monday – Friday. It is a rural location so you must be able to drive.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Drive brand awareness and engagement across key audiences.
  • Support lead generation with eye-catching marketing materials.
  • Deliver targeted campaigns across digital, social, and events.
  • Create brochures, digital content, case studies, and videos, always supporting the external business development team.
  • Keep website and social channels fresh with engaging updates.
  • Manage email campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and deliver B2B events, exhibitions, and internal sessions.
  • Track results and share insights to optimise future campaigns.

Skills & experience required.
  • At least two years' marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional planning and organisation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience of using digital marketing platforms for example Mailchimp and Hootsuite
  • A passion for communication and relationship-building
  • Full UK driving licence
