We're working with a fast-growing, creative London cocktail bar group with a distinct brand identity and exciting expansion plans. With stylish venues already operating across the capital, and more to come! They are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team and help drive day-to-day marketing activity across the group. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional with a flair for content creation, copywriting, and campaign delivery, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hospitality-led environment. About the role: You'll support the Marketing Manager and Director across all areas of campaign execution, bringing the brand to life across digital channels, in-venue activations, and new site launches. The role will suit someone who thrives on creative output, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively across departments such as sales, operations, and events. Key responsibilities: Copywriting for web, newsletters, event listings, and press releases Organising and executing content shoots, ensuring visuals align with brand guidelines Writing and delivering email marketing campaigns Updating websites using CMS platforms Supporting social content creation by collating and briefing user-generated and video-first content for TikTok and Instagram Supporting the rollout of marketing for new venue openings Assisting with B2B marketing efforts, including LinkedIn content and branded sales assets Helping manage and execute the year-round events and marketing calendar Delivering promotional offers and partnerships in collaboration with the marketing manager About you: 2–3 years of marketing experience within a hospitality PR agency or multi-site restaurant/bar group Excellent written English and confident copywriting across multiple platforms Eye for design and brand consistency, with experience briefing creatives Proficient in Photoshop and comfortable updating websites via CMS Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider team Perks and benefits: Weekly food and drink credit to enjoy across the group's venues Flexible pay access through Wagestream Casual dress code with a relaxed working environment Annual performance bonus Regular socials, team events, and seasonal parties Access to mental health and wellbeing support platforms Mentoring and internal development opportunities Access to industry discounts through Night Key 50% off F&B during off-shift hours (up to 6 guests) Work anniversary gifts and team recognition schemes Referral bonus programme for successful new hires
