Location: City of London (3-4 days per week in the office)

Sector: Professional Services

Salary: £36,000-£41,000 basic salary plus benefits

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and creative B2B marketer with proven experience across digital, events, and content creation. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that support specialist sector teams and strengthen the firm's profile in its target markets.


Working within a friendly, supportive team, you'll enjoy a mix of strategic input and hands-on delivery collaborating with partners, marketing peers, and external suppliers to bring ideas to life and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across multiple projects and business lines in a team of 20 marketers (design, comms, platforms, marketing).
  • Plan, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, spanning digital, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Support and manage end-to-end events from concept and planning through to delivery including both in-person and virtual events, handling all marketing and logistical elements.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging and accessible short-form content (blogs, social posts, web updates, videos) from longer, often technical material.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing activity.


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience working within an accountancy firm, LLP, or wider professional services environment.
  • Proven digital marketing experience, including social media, email campaigns, and website content management.
  • Strong experience managing events (both physical and virtual) from start to finish.
  • Excellent content creation skills - confident in distilling technical or complex subject matter into clear, engaging formats.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofing skills.
  • Confident project management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design packages (Adobe Suite desirable).
  • Degree educated or holding an equivalent marketing qualification.
