Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll be involved across all areas of our marketing activity; from shaping how we show up online and driving campaigns, to creating content that grabs attention and helping us grow our brand presence across Northern Ireland.This isn’t just a “support role” — we want someone who’s excited to take ownership, experiment with new ideas and bring a modern, engaging voice to everything from digital campaigns to events and partnerships. If you love creating content, have a good eye for design and enjoy keeping on top of marketing trends (whether that’s the latest social formats, paid campaigns or creative brand activations) this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark and see your ideas come to life.Please note this role is based in Belfast Northern Ireland. It is a hybrid role requiring attendance to the office in Belfast a few days a week.What you will be doingSupporting the delivery of Duality’s marketing strategy across digital, print, events and partnerships.Owning the day to day management of our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring a consistent, engaging brand voice.Developing and delivering creative campaigns — from short form video, graphics to blogs.Supporting the running of paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), including PPC activity and spend management.Assisting with website content updates and working alongside agencies on larger digital projects.Providing general marketing admin and support.Skills & Experience RequiredDegree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or content creation role.Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools.Confident in copywriting and content editing.Ability to multitask and manage projects to tight deadlines.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A collaborative, can do attitude with a willingness to support across multiple areas of marketing.Knowledge of Mailchimp, CRM systems or marketing automation tools.What we OfferCompetitive salary in line with industryCompany pension schemeOpportunities for professional development and trainingHybrid working arrangementsChance to be part of a fast growing healthcare brand making a real impact in Northern IrelandSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesMedical PracticesWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
