Key Responsibilities Drive profitable sales growth through a dynamic loyalty scheme

Plan and deliver customer acquisition campaigns across web, social, and POS

Analyse performance data and market trends to optimise revenue and customer engagement

Provide clear reporting to key stakeholders on ROI and campaign effectiveness

About You Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and loyalty best practice

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Confident influencing senior leaders and collaborating across departments

Highly analytical, able to translate complex data into actionable strategies

Skilled in project management, with experience using CRM or loyalty platforms (desirable)
