Description

As the Marketing Executive you will have the following responsibilities:

Deliver high‑quality, engaging multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Lead communications for key engagement programmes and strategic partnerships. Drive the events programme, creating experiences that deepen C‑suite relationships. Produce and coordinate content such as presentations, videos, case studies, awards, and social media. Collaborate across the business to deliver effective marketing activity. Support business leaders with targeting, research, proposals, tenders, and pitch materials. Manage relationships with external agencies including designers, printers, PR, social media, and associations.

Profile

A successful Marketing Executive should have the following:

Degree preferred - although CIM qualification will be considered Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to work at pace. Confident using key business and productivity tools. Basic creative capability, including design, visual storytelling, and copywriting. Skilled in managing suppliers and external partners. Naturally curious, proactive in asking questions, and keen to build understanding. Self‑driven with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within marketing and brand. Results‑oriented, with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes quickly and effectively. Collaborative team player who works well with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders Experience coordinating high‑quality in‑person and virtual events would be a bonus!

Job Offer

As the Marketing Executive, you will receive a competitive salary DOE (£33,000-£38,000), plus excellent benefits.

Based Abingdon, with flexible working - 1 day a week in the office.
