We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Executive to drive BGA’s global growth by generating leads, executing impactful campaigns, and enhancing brand awareness across international markets. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled in online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead generation strategies targeting global markets, using online/offline channels to convert prospects and ensure ROI.
2. Campaign Planning: Build relationships with BGA’s 600+ customers across 88 countries, implement targeted campaigns, and support the new customer tiering initiative.
3. Social Media: Create and optimize social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram), develop landing pages, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
4. Exhibition Support: Plan and coordinate pre- and post-event marketing activities for regional and international exhibitions.

Beneficial Skills:

1. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
2. Passion for automotive parts (Engine, Steering, Transmission).
3. Web development (WordPress) and Adobe Suite skills (Ai, Ps).
4. Understanding of B2B and B2C markets.

Experience:

1. Proven expertise in lead generation and campaign planning.
2. Familiarity with social media management tools.
3. Knowledge and a strong interest in automotive engine, steering, and transmission parts is a plus.
4. Experience in exhibition planning.
