OverviewAs a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our global marketing strategy with local execution. You'll work closely with our EMEA Leadership and Sales team to regionalize marketing programs and deliver high-impact events, partnerships, and campaigns that drive pipeline and build brand presence in private capital markets.ResponsibilitiesRegionalization of Programs: Work with the central marketing team to adapt and localize campaigns and messaging for EMEA audiences. Align regional execution with sales priorities.Events & Sponsorships: Own the planning, execution, and follow-up of regional events including conferences, roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, and partner-hosted events.Partnership Marketing: Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners (consultants, associations, and event producers).Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with EMEA sales to understand market needs, support account-based marketing initiatives, and accelerate opportunities through tailored field activities.Brand Activation: Ensure the 73 Strings brand is represented consistently across all regional touchpoints. Be the local brand custodian at events and in-market activities.Campaign Execution: Assist with executing integrated campaigns in region - coordinating digital, content, and social efforts to support demand generation.Reporting & Optimization: Track and report on field marketing performance across KPIs including event ROI, sourced/influenced pipeline, and partner engagement. Provide feedback loops to optimize future activity.Qualifications2 - 4 years of field marketing or B2B events experience, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.Proven success delivering in-person and virtual events (including industry conferences).Strong project management and organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities at once.Experience working closely with sales teams to support revenue goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).Ability to travel within EMEA as required (10-20%).Culture & EnvironmentWe cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration, where your ideas matter.
