Creative Marketing Executive
to join their expanding in-house team. In this exciting and varied role, you'll work on both the creative and strategic sides of marketing to showcase a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property developments. You'll help bring projects to life through compelling campaigns, visuals, and messaging that connect with tenants, buyers, and investors. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Brand Development Align all marketing materials with brand identity and audience.
Create messaging that highlights key USPs and tells compelling property stories.
2. Creative Design & Direction Design high-impact brochures, flyers, adverts, and social media content.
Select imagery and creative assets to represent each property effectively.
3. Digital Marketing Manage and update the company website and relevant property portals.
Deliver engaging and effective email marketing campaigns.
4. Advertising & Promotions Plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, print, billboards).
Coordinate and promote property-related events, including signage and materials.
5. Sales Support Provide colleagues with branded collateral to support sales efforts.
Ensure marketing activity is aligned with commercial objectives and budgets.
6. Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, CRM, and social media insights to measure and improve campaign performance.
Monitor lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
7. External Collaborations Coordinate with external agencies on advertising, photo/video shoots, and campaigns.
Manage the production of professional media for use across all platforms.
8. Project Management Oversee the execution of multiple marketing campaigns and design projects.
Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a creative or design-led marketing role (ideally within property or real estate).
Strong graphic design skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
Website and CMS knowledge: WordPress, basic HTML/CSS understanding.
Excellent project management and multitasking ability.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
