We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverageoutlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms &pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf. Wehave a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, with hosting The BritishMasters in August 2024 and continuing with the launch of new training anddevelopment opportunities and incentives.

Marketing

The marketing team at The Belfry supports allareas of the Resort, creating a fast-paced and collaborative team and workenvironment. Winners of Marketing Team of the Year 2021 and nominated for TheCateys in 2023, they are passionate about representing the Belfry brand to allaudiences.

Salary

The on-target earning potentialfor this role is £24, annual salary, compromising of a base annual salaryof £23, plus a qualified estimate of £ gratuities per annum.

About the Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will play a keyrole in supporting the marketing team to enable the smooth running of thedepartment ensuring a positive perception of the brand across all areas. You will work with the Marketing Team to helpdeliver the marketing activity plan for each area including Spa, Golf, F&B,Weddings, B2B and Leisure.

Key responsibilities:

· Tomanage the briefing, production and printing of all collateral across theResort, from posters and flyers, to banners and signage.

· Tomanage daily website updates ensuring all information and imagery online iscorrect and up to date.

· Schedulepress and media visits with relevant departments and ensure all teams are awareof stays and VIP status.

· Supportwith photo shoots, social media content generation, and general filming andphotography.

· Buildand test email deployments to the marketing database ensuring all content is accurate,linked and bookable for the guest.

· Createand schedule monthly digital content on screens and TVs throughout the Resort.

· Ensurethird-party sites are up to date with relevant content, imagery, and links.

· Supportother marketing activities as required and carry out other duties that may berequired from time to time.

· Toattend internal and external meetings and represent marketing whereappropriate.
