LOCATION: London – Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £28,100 - £40,633 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Purpose of the role
Join the BBC’s dynamic TV Content Marketing team to deliver innovative content campaigns and marketing activity that help us to reach our target audience. As part of the team, you’ll work on an exciting slate of both scripted and unscripted content, on titles such as The Traitors, The Night Manager and Gladiators, to name a few. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with wider teams to deliver innovative and impactful 360 marketing campaigns that drive talkability and enhance the BBC brand in line with strategic objectives and BBC Values.

Your key responsibilities and impact
Lead the delivery of effective and impactful creative work and ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives across media platforms.
Develop campaign briefs and contribute to complex briefs led by Marketing Managers.
Review creative responses and media plans to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budgets and timeframes.
Ensure all marketing activity complies with BBC Editorial Guidelines and policies.
Your skills and experience
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Experience delivering multi-media marketing campaigns from brief to evaluation.
Strong project management skills and ability to use resources efficiently.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Experience working with creative and media teams, in-house or agency.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate ideas and campaign performance.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Understanding of editorial and compliance policies.
Knowledge of the broadcasting industry and interest in creative content.
Strong understanding of the 16-24 year-old audience and how best to engage/communicate with them.
Ability to lead project teams and manage campaigns in a matrix environment.
Awareness of digital trends and ability to incorporate them into marketing plans.
