to lead content, campaigns, and all things brand. Youll have plenty of freedom, variety, and input

and youll be joining a genuinely passionate and down-to-earth team. Key Responsibilities: Content Production & Campaigns : Lead creative content development across digital and print platforms. Plan and manage content shoots and creative planning sessions. Email Marketing : Develop and optimise regular email campaigns to boost engagement and conversions. Graphic Design : Design high-quality visuals using Canva or Adobe (or similar) for both digital and print use. E-Commerce Growth : Work with the sales team to drive online sales and improve the customer journey. Event & Influencer Planning : Coordinate brand events and influencer activity to grow visibility and loyalty. Sales Strategy Support : Support the development of monthly sales plans, analysing market trends and performance. What Were Looking For: 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within personal care, beauty, FMCG , or a similar fast-moving consumer space. Proven ability in content creation, campaign management, and design. Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with e-commerce growth and online brand development.
