What You’ll Be Doing: Sales (Your Hustle Game): Seek out and chase down new business opportunities ( networking, cold calls, follow-ups). Keep our current clients happy and help grow those relationships. Support sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations. Keep our CRM up to date with leads, deals, and progress (we love good data).Marketing (Your Creative Spark): Help shape and run marketing campaigns—both online and offline. Write fun, engaging content for emails, social media, and promos. Keep socials buzzing and our website looking fresh. Dig into the competition and spot marketing trends. A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar. Around 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sales and/or marketing. You’re confident with outbound communication (calls, emails, face-to-face). Solid knowledge of digital tools—email platforms, CRMs, social media. Canva, Adobe Suite, or other creative tools in your toolkit. Skills That Make You Shine: A natural communicator—written, spoken, and everything in between.
