Salary Rate: Pro Rata

Days/Hours of work: Full-time, 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Role context

Responsibilities

• Support the campaign managers in the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to promote palace visits and new memberships.
• Assist with briefing, creative development, media planning, execution and reporting across traditional, digital and social channels.
• Support budget management and liaise with in-house designers, creatives and media agencies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure content accuracy and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Help protect and promote the brand to attract domestic and overseas visitors and generate admissions revenue.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Hands-on, relevant marketing experience and a demonstrable passion for marketing, with an interest in history.
• Creative, highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects, with the ability to work under pressure to meet time and budget constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
