Layered RealityTM is seeking an energetic and flexible individual to be a key part of the talented marketing team to reach our ambitious sales and marketing goals.
This incredible hands-on role underpins all the marketing activities to sell tickets for Layered Reality productions – from creating content and PR that will increase traffic to our websites, growing our mailing list (lead generation), and educating consumers about our events – your end goal will be to persuade them to buy tickets and create amazing memories.
The Marketing Executive will assist with a variety of marketing tasks - creation of campaigns and managing assets, sales reports, production and printing, writing customer emails, lead generation, direct marketing, social media and competitor analysis.
We are looking for an amazing all-round marketing superstar - someone able to work with agencies, understand the marketing mix, great with numbers, but also willing to turn a hand to anything from assisting on a photo shoot to printing a poster or flyer at very short notice. Being highly organised, a good copywriter, able to compile and distribute reports – essentially being the glue of the whole marketing team.

Responsibilities include:
- Creating content that generates traffic and transactions i.e., customer and 3rd party emails, print and digital offers and social media, ensuring that they are relevant to audiences and optimised to maximise ticket sales
- Planning and co-ordinating regular giveaways and content-led lead generation campaigns
Responsibility for co-ordinating and optimising customer emails via our CRM system Klaviyo, including:- New to database, those that are yet to purchase etc
- Post purchase emails, encouraging return visits, sharing offers/ promotions and cross-selling our other experiences
- Management of our customer mailing list growth, providing useful audience insights
Co-ordinating and posting content across our various platforms including social and LinkedIn - Supporting website updates across the Layered Reality website
- Briefing external freelancers/agencies for asset development and resizing - managing assets and copy with brand/style guidelines
- Supporting the marketing team on variety of brand, PR, consumer and trade activity including events and campaigns with our ticketing partners including Fever and SeeTickets
- Taking the lead on production of a monthly competitor analysis report
- Responsibility for compiling and distributing key sales reports
- Collect and categorise guest reviews every month
- Responding to guest enquiries through our support email system Freshdesk
- Management of invoicing and working with Finance and line manager on budget management and spend
- Responsibility for team asset management systems and marketing documents
Skills
- Demonstrable experience (18 months - 2 years) in a marketing role
- Strong Excel skills and analytical ability to give meaningful insight from data
- Excellent copywriting skills – social posting experience a plus
- Proactive - ability to identify gaps and confidence to present solutions
- Strong organisation skills are essential to be able thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Knowledge / interest in immersive experiences or entertainment sector helpful
- Asset creation using online tools such as Canva, basic Adobe Suite is a plus
