We are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients through expert advice and a collaborative approach.As our marketing team continues to grow, we are seeking a capable and motivated PPC Executive to help enhance our paid advertising strategy and support our ambitious growth plans.Role OverviewK3 Capital Group is seeking a hands-on B2B Marketing Executive to support the marketing manager in accelerating direct marketing activity across our Tax Division. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing strategy across the full marketing mix.The successful candidate will be one which thrives in a fast-moving environment and can demonstrate measurable results in a similar role. You’ll support our marketing efforts across multiple online and offline channels, with a strong focus on meeting lead generation targets in order to drive organic growth.The ideal candidate will have a background in a B2B environment, preferably with a professional services backgroundThe roleSupport the marketing Manager in delivering marketing campaigns, across multiple channels including email marketing, direct mail, social media and digital marketingMonitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI and provide regular reports to senior management.Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce engaging marketing campaignsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesWork closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.Produce high-quality, engaging content, such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media postsWork closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals. Determine what supporting materials are required to aid their activities.Required Skills/Qualities3+ years’ experience within a B2B Marketing role delivering campaigns across multiple channelsExceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a focus on engaging and converting B2B audiencesProficiency in a range of marketing tools and systemsIdeally have experience of working in an environment where a data driven approach has been key to successExperience with email automation tools and CRM platforms
